Examples of Mr. Browne's transactional practice are:

(a) Drafting estate planning documents for clients who have under $2,000,000 in assets, including living trusts, pour over wills, Advance Health Care Directives, powers of attorney and property agreements. Mr. Browne does not provide tax advice. When a client's assets exceed $2,000,000 and estate tax planning is required to create more complex estate planning documents, Mr. Browne will recommend a trusted and competent estate planning lawyer.

Examples of Mr. Browne's litigation practice are:

(c) Handling conservatorship and guardianship proceedings and litigation emanating therefrom;

(d) Handling all types of trust litigation (trustees and beneficiaries), probate and elder abuse litigation, including financial elder abuse;
