The following are some representative homeowner's association (HOA) construction defect cases that Mr. Browne has handled over the years:

Mr. Browne will meet with an HOA Board of Directors without charge to evaluate a prospective case. If the case appears meritorious, Mr. Browne many times can offer the HOA a choice of fee arrangements, ranging from: (1) hourly, for a range of $240-$375 per hour, depending on the case; (2) a contingent fee basis (a percentage of the recovery); or (3) a mixed fee basis; i.e., a combination of a lower hourly fee and a lower percentage of the recovery. Normally the client is expected to pay for costs of litigation on an ongoing basis, including fees of design professional consultants.
